Benefits of online training

The TENA Online Learning portal is an interactive online learning program that improves staff competencies in continence management. All courses have been developed based on good practice continence care principles. TENA are endorsed providers of education (APEC number 0406283) as authorized by the Royal College of Nursing, Australia (RCNA).

Sessions include options for specific topic focus, allowing for personal tailoring to suit the current training needs of your organisation. Interactivity has been built into each module through the inclusion of assessments and activities which are designed to encourage the user to problem solve in order to accelerate learning.

Online learning, a great way to learn

TENA Online learning delivers courses that are highly interactive, engaging, user friendly and professional. Additionally, online delivery can save up to 70% compared with conventional class room training.

Gap Analysis. Competency & Consistency assured

Gap Analysis is like a refresher course that will maintain levels of competency.

Simply complete a short quiz to determine the level of knowledge retained and then complete only the sections not maintained. This ensures continence competency is kep at a high level, and consistency of care in home avoids the need to complete the entire range of courses.

Do you have a question? Ask TENA

If you need to ask a question about any of the courses you canb simply ‘Ask TENA now”. It’s like having your own personal tutor to answer all your questions.
